The exciting evolution of 379 Collins Street continues with major improvements on the way for the building’s tenant community.

Work has already commenced on a series of upgrades to what will soon be an immersive ground floor experience; a space that fuses Parisian influences with biophilic design elements, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor environments. Designed by award-winning Australian firms Gray Puksand and Studio Tate, the ground floor will be transformed into a triple-height fully glazed atrium, including a new light-filled lounge area, a grab-and-go café and a luxury retail space.

Due for completion by early 2025, these premium upgrades represent Riverlee’s commitment to uplifting our tenant’s experience, creating workplaces that become destinations of choice for forward-thinking companies with an appreciation for considered design and sustainable practices.

The exciting new ground floor grab-n-go café, lounge and luxury retail space will open in early 2025, providing tenants and guests with a brand-new arrival experience.
The security access control system provides access to the building at all perimeter doors and garage. There is also overnight security patrols and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.
The main plant operates from 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday. After-hours air-conditioning is available by lodging a request on the Knight Frank Helpdesk.
The building has dedicated common area and tenancy cleaners on-site daily.
379 Collins Street currently has a NABERS Energy Rating of 4.5 stars and is striving to achieve 5 stars.

End-of-trip facilities are located on the basement level of 379 Collins Street, with secure bicycle storage on ground floor.
Supporting active lifestyles and wellbeing, the new end of trip facilities include contemporary high end change rooms, electronically heated showers, complimentary body wash, daily towel service, smart lockers equipped with hangers, drying cupboards, ironing facilities, toilets, grooming stations, shoe storage, secure bike storage and a bike repair station.
Our level 8 bookable conference facilities are exclusively for building tenants. The Collins Room accommodates 30-40 people, while the Park Room offers space for up to 8 attendees. The Park Room adapts to various needs, from strategy sessions to wellness activities, and provides a quiet space for prayer or private moments.
